ho ricevuto le mie fasce elastiche LERMX   ben confezionate , è un set composto da 5 bande elastiche con vari livelli di tensione da quello più leggero di colore giallo al nero con grado di tensione alto , sono in lattice naturale sono ideali per il fitness io ho poco tempo per allenarmi ma con queste posso farlo anche a casa sono ottime per qualsiasi tipo di allenamento tra cui Yoga, Pilates e altro.
